Claridge Pointe Homeowners Association was established as a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation in 1995 with completion of all 101 homes in 1999.

Claridge Pointe is divided by Lancaster Drive wth the north side containing 29 homes located on North Claridge Pointe Parkway and Brookshire drive. The south side contains 72 homes on South Claridge Pointe Parkway, Diamond Pointe Way and Platinum Pointe Way.
The association cintains an Adult Recreational Area with artificial turf, putting greens, a gazebo and a horseshoe pit.
Claridge Pointe is five miles from the center of Reno and is on the Citi-fare bus route #7 & #17 and is close to shopping and schools.
