Claridge Pointe is in the North Valleys at an elevation from 5105 feet to 5225 feet.
Our temperatures normally are 5 degrees cooler than downtown Reno which is at 4500 feet. While this is a desert, when we do get snow it typically is twice as much as downtown Reno.
Claridge Pointe snow removal policy is activated when the snow level reaches 4 inches or more.
